I just installed this switch. The both play well together. It replaces and older Belkin 5 port hub (not switch) and immediately I saw the improvement. My laptop has a 1 gig nic and my wife's older desktop has a 100mb nic. Even her computer there has been an increase compared to the old hub. Pricing is good.
This product was exceptionally easy to use. Just plug it in, and it has been working for months with no issues at all
This is the 3rd D-Link switch that I've owned. They are great. After the initial plugging, I never have to think about them again. They just work.
I am not the biggest tech guy but this router is working great for me - I needed something to replace a very old 10 base T switch that feeds my laser printer, two PC's and a NAS drive. I took the old one out, plugged this one in and it works (and of course is much faster).
This switch was very speedy and quiet at first. Then it decided to die on me exactly 2 years after I bought it. I guess I can't complain too much because every consumer switch or router from any company I've had died after 2-5 years.
